THE PROOF CENTER

Trust should be earned in public.

SpendWindow is early in its commercial life, so we do not fill the gap with invented testimonials, imaginary ROI or vague “AI-powered” claims. We show what the system actually does, how it rejects weak evidence, and what we are measuring before we publish performance claims.

WHAT WE CAN PROVE TODAY

The product is designed to leave a trail.

A SpendWindow opportunity is not supposed to be a mysterious score. The business identity, observed event, source evidence, timing logic, uncertainty and recommended move are all separate pieces that can be inspected.

01

Source provenance

Customer-facing opportunities retain the evidence that produced the signal instead of stripping the record down to a score.

02

Negative evidence

Canceled projects, denied approvals, terminated leases, closures, bankruptcy signals and residential false positives can suppress a candidate.

03

Identity discipline

Owners, landlords, contractors and applicants are not silently treated as the operating business when the record does not support that conclusion.

04

Separate trust from urgency

Opportunity Priority answers who to work first. Evidence Trust answers how strong the proof is. One score cannot hide the other.

05

Verification boundary

AI and rules can assemble candidates. Strong independently corroborated cases can clear a strict automated verification policy; ambiguous cases stay pending for review.

06

Outcome accountability

Wins, losses, no-response, not-a-fit and too-late outcomes are captured so the system learns from what actually happened.

OFFICIAL-SOURCE LAYER

Public records are part of the evidence stack—not a shortcut to certainty.

SpendWindow can ingest official permit, occupancy and business-license records where supported. An official record may prove an event happened; it still does not automatically prove the occupant, the budget or the vendor decision.

HOW WE PLAN TO EARN THE BIG CLAIMS

Benchmark the things a seller actually cares about.

“Best” is not a marketing adjective we can award ourselves. SpendWindow has a field-benchmark framework so performance can be judged against actual cases and alternatives as the sample grows.

PrecisionHow often a reviewed candidate survives the verification boundary.
ActionabilityHow often a verified opportunity gives the seller a concrete next move.
Lead timeHow early the signal appears before occupancy, opening or another commercial milestone.
Contact accuracyWhether the recommended professional contact or target role matches the buying decision.
Customer outcomeWhat happens after delivery: contacted, qualified, won, lost, too late or not a fit.
No manufactured benchmark numbers.

We will publish measured precision, earliness, actionability, contact accuracy and outcome performance when the underlying sample is large enough to be useful. Until then, the absence of a number is more honest than a vanity statistic.

ANATOMY OF A DEFENSIBLE OPPORTUNITY

What has to survive before a seller should act.

1Business change detectedLease, permit, construction, occupancy, relocation, expansion or opening.
2Identity resolvedThe business and location must match conservatively.
3Contradictions checkedNegative evidence can kill or downgrade the candidate.
4Evidence verifiedSource strength, freshness and independent support are evaluated.
5Buying stage interpretedThe system determines whether the moment is early, ideal, late or already passed.
6Customer action preparedOnly then does the seller get the why-now brief, target role and next move.
WHAT WE WILL NOT CLAIM

Credibility includes saying what we do not know.

  • We do not claim every observable business change becomes a sales opportunity.
  • We do not claim an inferred service need is a confirmed purchase order.
  • We do not invent customer ROI, win rates, logos or testimonials.
  • We do not call SpendWindow the market leader until measured results earn that position.
