YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES

A direct way to control information about you.

Requests you can make

Subject to applicable law, identity verification, and relevant exceptions, you may ask SpendWindow to:

  • tell you whether we maintain personal information about you;
  • provide access to or a copy of covered personal information;
  • correct inaccurate personal information;
  • delete covered personal information;
  • suppress your professional contact information from future customer delivery;
  • opt out of a sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or similar processing where an applicable law gives you that right;
  • provide information about categories of sources, purposes, or recipients; or
  • appeal a privacy-request decision where applicable law provides an appeal right.

Professional-contact suppression

SpendWindow may use public or commercially licensed professional information—such as business email, title, business phone number, company, or professional profile link—to help customers identify the right business role for an opportunity. If you are a professional whose information appears in SpendWindow, you may request suppression from future customer delivery.

Suppression does not require us to delete source records that we are legally entitled or required to retain for security, compliance, audit, or recordkeeping purposes, but we will apply the request to future customer-facing professional contact delivery where reasonably possible and required by law.

How to submit a request

Email hello@getspendwindow.com with the subject line Privacy Request – SpendWindow. Tell us the type of request, your name, the business/company associated with the record if relevant, and enough information to locate the record.

To protect against fraudulent requests, we may ask for reasonable verification. Do not send passwords, government ID numbers, payment-card data, or other sensitive information unless we specifically determine it is necessary and provide a secure method.

Authorized agents

If applicable law allows an authorized agent to submit a request for you, we may request proof of the agent’s authority and may verify your identity or confirm the request directly with you.

Browser-based opt-out signals

SpendWindow does not currently use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our activities become subject to a law that requires recognition of a browser-based universal opt-out signal such as Global Privacy Control, we will implement the required technical support before engaging in the covered activity or as otherwise required by law.

No retaliation

We will not unlawfully discriminate against an individual for exercising a privacy right. Some features may necessarily depend on information that a person asks us to delete or suppress; if so, we will explain that consequence rather than quietly ignoring the request.
